Patrick Foster is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation in the State and Federal Courts of New York. Patrick concentrates his practice in areas of Personal Injury, Labor Law, Labor and Employment, Municipal Law, Civil Rights Litigation and Education Law. Patrick also handles miscellaneous criminal matters. Patrick has successfully tried cases in Queens, Kings, New York, Bronx and Nassau counties. He has obtained favorable fully jury verdicts and directed verdicts. He has also handled the negotiation of favorable settlements both before and during trial. Patrick has also argued appellate matters, both as an Appellant and as a Respondent, and has obtained favorable results.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was an associate in a New York general practice litigation firm; where he served as one of the principal trial attorneys for civil matters.
